2. Facility up Keep
Conduct surveys for cleanliness and maintenance/repairs required:
Rooms
Courtyard
Dining and Lobby areas
Kitchen
Front Patio and Street
Office
3. Inn Operations:
Inventory Control
Linens
Food inventory
All hotel supplies and amenities
Management of Inn and external reservation systems
Management of Inn room rates and external vendor rates
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handle guest requests, new/group reservations, issues and complaints and queries. Pro-actively resolve in a manner satisfactory to both the guest and Inn
Investigator/resolve credit card disputes etc…
4. Responsibilities/Requirements
Professional, honest, reliable, and adaptable.
Food/supply shopping
Baking required
Must drive and have personal car
Clean rooms and laundry in emergency situations
Weekends & holidays and flexible schedule (32-45 hours/week)
Must be on call for guest issues after office hours, 6pm – 7am
Understand and work as needed for all employee positions
Some day to day maintenance requirements
Must have access to the following technology:
Cell phone with texting capabilities
Computer and internet access at home for remote access to reservation system
