The position we are seeking to fill is for a Membership Services / Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate is someone that has experience in office/administrative services and is looking to grow their management skills and take on larger challenges with meetings and member programs.
Ideally, we need someone with demonstrated administrative services.
Responsibilities:
There is a lot of room for growth and learning. You can take on as much as you are interested in once you master your main responsibilities.
Skill / Experience Requirements:
Microsoft Excel - We use excel on a daily basis to pull our payment reports, calculate the payments and reconcile.
Google Suite - We use google drive to upload, share and collaborate on various documents with volunteers and members outside our office.
Knowledge of Outlook and Mail Merge are helpful but we can teach these fairly quickly.

Starting Salary: $20/hr - Option to grow quickly and salary increases are available as you master the initial projects. Initiative in learning is important.
