MUST LOVE CATS ! This is a part time job perfect for someone who really loves cats since all the work that is done is for the care of cats. What is needed is five morning shifts a week of 4 to 5 hrs each. The hours may vary and some flexibility with hours is needed.This job is fairly physical and includes walking , reaching, bending. No lifting over 20 pounds is anticipated but this is mostly an active job so an energetic person is needed.

We are looking for a cheerful, polite, responsible person with a strong desire to help both kitties and the humans that own them. We are a cat boarding facility and we work hard to make our kitty visitors happy and entertained. Our customers love us. And there is course always cleaning that needs to be done as well as customer service, answering phones, feeding kitties, cleaning floors, laundry and so forth. We also care for foster kitties, often ones with medical needs, and their stories fill our hearts.

The traits we are looking for are responsibility, honesty, a desire to help and an insatiable love of kitties. We need a quick moving, hardworking, detail oriented, intelligent person. Ideally our new employee will be taught all aspects of the work to be done so he or she can substitute with customers as needed and advancement is possible for the right person. We have been open 26 years and are a growing business. Previous experience with animals, especially cats, is always a plus. This a very personal business and we are a congenial group of serious cat lovers that work closely together and are looking for a good-natured, friendly person to join us. I expect I do not need to say that this is not a good job for someone allergic to cats.
