Description:
Now Hiring Construction Project Assistant responsible for assisting the Project Managers in all aspects of managing projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in the workday and excels at organization, customer service, and effective communication. The Project Assistant will work directly with the Project Management team by assisting them with project set up, submittals and requesting shop drawings, reviewing plans and take-offs for accuracy, planning, coordinating, purchasing and construction scheduling.
1–3 years of administrative or field experience in the construction or engineering industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with industry software such as Procore or Microsoft Project is a major plus.
Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and strong verbal and written communication
blue print reading and familarity with construction processes
Fulltime position, medical and dental, PTO offered
