Please, do NOT apply if you do not have any hotel experience.  

You will manage day-to-day operations, including working some front desk shifts and managing our breakfast service.  We have a strong operations team already in place so we are seeking someone that will foster a positive work environment, deliver outstanding guest satisfaction, maximize profitability, and network within the community for awareness and sales.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, proficient with a hotel PMS, financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.  We will be looking to you to elevate the guest experience from a 3-star to a 4-star experience.

Must be willing to work weekends and flexible hours.  

Must have 3 years of hotel/inn experience.

Payroll experience preferred.
