I have an opening for a live on site property manager for a 55 unit complex. 

You would be living in a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit on site. 

You need to collect rents and take complaints from tenants on the property and 1 other complex of 14 units. Renting out units as they become available. People skills is a must, back ground check will be done.

 Experience and bilingual will help.

 Light cleaning around the complex and office, computer skills are needed.
