Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Sales Manager to support our Sales & Marketing department.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle all aspects of account development to include sales presentation, site inspections, entertainment and sales trips as needed.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, conducting property tours and maintaining regular communication with clients prior to event and after event to ensure overall success.
• Develop sales action plans, including key segments of group and FIT sales, set targets for activities (sales calls, etc.) and summarize the weekly activity for Director of Sales and Marketing`s review.
• Assist in the selection, training, and development of staff that meet set expectations
• Monitor departmental effectiveness in overall business plan and budget adherence.

General Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree in related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years applicable sales and management experience, preferably in tourism, and/or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to function as a liaison between members, guests, and resort management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, computer accounting programs, math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities.
• The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000.00 per year
