Job Duties: This position provides assistants to the Sales Rep Team. The responsibility of this position is to work closely with each of
the sales reps and customers, to provide excellent service with the highest level of customer satisfaction when the sales reps are in or
out of the office. This position will require a person that is detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication, and good
organizational skills.
Specific Job Duties:
1. Work with the Brick-and-Mortar Associate Team to assist the Sales Reps as needed to free up their time to maximize their sales
opportunities.
2. Assist these Sales Reps in developing and implementing promotions and maximizing shift efficiency.
3. Handle urgent matters as directed by the inside and outside Sales Reps
4. Call selected customers to confirm their orders and increase the orders by using product knowledge and sales techniques.
5. Pitch products and promotions as directed by the Sales Representative.
6. Organize mailings, Line Drives, and other promotional materials.
7. Handle customer service issues and act as a liaison with other departments for the Sales Reps as needed.
8. Process fax and other orders as needed and direct by Sales Reps.
9. Help the Data Entry Dept with incoming orders as needed.
10. Follow all department and company policies.
11. All other tasks as assigned by the Management staff.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
1. Ability to successfully handle telephone sales and work with multiple Sales Reps
2. 1-year applicable experience in sales or customer service
3. Proficiency is a must in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Excel particularly)
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Excellent typing and data entry skills
6. Must pass company test at 80%
7. Well organized and the ability to follow explicit directions.
Skills and/or Training Desired:
1. Sales experience preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Bilingual
