Description:

Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of assistant property manager. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

  • Assist the Property Manager in managing the daily operations of the property. 
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs of the property. 
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports. 
  • Assist in the leasing and marketing of available units. 
  • Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards. 
  • Assist in the enforcement of lease agreements and property rules.
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and property information. 
  • Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and other legal documents. 
  • Attend meetings with the Property Manager to create relationships with clients.
