MUST LOVE CATS. This is a part time job perfect for someone who really loves cats since all the work required is for the benefit of and done in the company of cats. What is needed is three mornings a week Tuesday thru Thursday of 3 to 5 hrs each plus other shifts that will be determined. The hours may vary and some flexibility with hours is needed. This position is open now. This job is fairly physical and includes walking, reaching, bending. No lifting over 20 pounds is anticipated but this is a job of fairly continual small movements.

We are looking for a cheerful, polite, responsible person with a strong desire to help both kitties and the humans that love them. We are a cat boarding facility, and we work hard to make our kitty visitors happy and entertained. Our customers love us. There is a lot of cleaning that needs to be done daily as well as customer service, feeding kitties, laundry and so forth. We also care for fosters on occasion.

The traits we are looking for are responsibility, honesty, a desire to help and an insatiable love of kitties. We need a quick moving, hardworking, detail oriented, intelligent person. Ideally our new employee will be taught all aspects of the work to be done so he or she can substitute as needed and advancement is possible for the right person. Previous experience with animals, especially cats, is a plus. We are a congenial group of cat lovers that work closely together and are looking for a good-natured, flexible person to work with us. I expect I do not need to say that this is not a good job for someone allergic to cats.
