Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of inn operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and procurement.
• Cultivate a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.
• Implement strategies to increase profitability and optimize operations.
• Manage property improvements and renovations.

Compensation: $3500 to $4500 per month + Free Onsite Housing (studio unit with kitchen)
