OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST 

Natividad may offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus to candidates hired into a full-time position.

Natividad is looking to fill full-time and per-diem Occupational Therapist positions in Therapy Services, Acute Rehabilitation Unit and Mental Health Unit. Under general direction, incumbents will plan and administer occupational therapy to patients as prescribed by a physician, and perform related work as required.

Minimum qualifications include possession of a valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the State of California, or the ability to obtain prior to start; two years of work experience as a registered Occupational Therapist; and graduation from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association, the World Federation of Occupation Therapy or another nationally recognized occupational therapy association.
