Title: Business Systems Programs Manager (Senior Workday Administrator)

Qualifications

· Equivalent to a bachelor`s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in data science, information systems, business or public administration, or a related field.

· Three (3) years of experience of analyzing business needs and developing or modifying systems and/or databases to address business and reporting needs. Workday experience is REQUIRED.

Salary range for this position is $111,654-$156,769 per year and will be determined by your Workday expertise.

Responsibilities

· As a Senior Workday Administrator at SC METRO, you will have the opportunity to provide support of business and data needs related to HCM, Payroll and Financials in Workday.

· Support functional leads with day to day operations, maintenance, and functionality of Workday environment including security setup and update management.

· Develops and implements data quality training program, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness; provides guidance and training to staff on data quality standards.

· Performs regular data audits and validation checks to identify and rectify discrepancies, anomalies, and errors in various data sets.

· Administers, maintains, and supports critical business systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and other custom or off-the-shelf software applications.
