Position Overview:

Bailey Properties is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you`ll manage and support listing transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all files. Working closely with agents and transaction coordinators, you`ll help maintain our high standards of service and agent satisfaction by delivering a seamless and professional experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the listing process, ensuring compliance with regulations and timeframes.

• Keep agents informed and transactions organized and on track throughout the listing cycle.

• Ensure listing files are accurate and ready for handoff to Transaction Coordinators once in contract.

  • Support the Transaction Coordinator process as needed.
  • Address agent requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist agents with listing presentations, postcards, and tasks in the Moxiworks Platform.
  • Uphold Bailey Properties` standards of agent satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Prior real estate experience required (active real estate license).
  • Proficiency in real estate tools such as MLS, e-signature platforms, zipForm Plus, CAR forms, and HomeLight (disclosures.io).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team player who can also work independently
