There are currently two vacancies for the position of Principal Human Resources Analyst, one vacancy in the Recruitment, Classification, and Compensation Division and one vacancy in the and Benefits and Leave Division of the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate for these HR management positions excels in anticipating future needs and leveraging data-driven insights to make well-informed decisions while continuously enhancing HR practices. Their strong analytical skills enable them to develop and interpret HR metrics, assess program effectiveness, and craft effective strategies. As change leaders, they will have a keen aptitude for integrating new technology with a strategic approach and will actively engage in innovative outreach practices to ensure the ongoing development of effective HR policies and programs. Additionally, they are committed to developing and sustaining an environment where people have a "can-do" attitude, fostering a culture of positivity and empowerment. Combining innovation, analytical acumen, organization, and adaptability, they are dedicated to creating a positive work environment through a service-oriented leadership style. This position requires a Bachelor`s degree in human resource management, public administration, business administration, psychology, sociology or a related field and three years of experience performing professional level human resources work, including two years of experience related to the area of assignment, which includes two (2) years supervisory experience OR a high school diploma or GED equivalent and five years of experience performing professional level human resources work, including three years of experience related to the area of assignment which includes two years supervisory experience.
