Description:
Santa Cruz Pipe Fitters is looking for a highly motivated Office manager/ Dispatcher.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
•Taking incoming service calls and scheduling work
•Dispatching the service technicians
•Managing email work orders
•Entering invoices into system
•Applying for permits and scheduling inspections
•Occasional delivering of material.
•Must be able to lift at least 10lbs
•We would prefer that the applicant be proficient in quickbooks and standard office programs (Google Docs, Word, ect.)
•Prior plumbing dispatching experience preferred.
