Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Operations has primary responsibility for day-to-day administration of the office and business aspects of the organization. They play an important role in a broad range of activities related to institutional planning and resource management. As a thought leader about organizational matters, they oversee and direct policies and procedures related to Museum operations, lead efforts to improve processes and enhance performance throughout the organization.
