Dental Hygienist RDH, PART TIME- OR FULL-TIME extended function, CANDIDATE's CHOICE, based on skills and willingness to provide extended functions with Doctor. We offer an opportunity for extended function to perform as a hygienist and or opportunity to advance as a clinical lead as a choice, for our top periodontal surgical practice. OR, a part time, Perio Maintenance and SRP's mostly, 1-2 days per week team member.

NOT required, but availability for advancement to full time. Due to COVID, we have temporarily paused our full barista bar, better than Starbucks ( its now Team only) and replaced it with a thorough check in system, with UV Beams, Touchless Beam Temperature, we require proof of vaccination for all patients to protect our team, doctor and patients. We are protected by filtered hospital grade air, using ' Surgically Clean Air' a leader in filtration and germ killing in major hospitals and ER's nationwide, ( NOT the kind you buy on AMAZON) , in addition to negative pressure vac systems, full respirators available if our team so chooses, Ozone UV Blue whole room sanitizers, after each patient, and we produce our own Ozone water to use in the water systems, ensure every measure has been taken to protect our team. The ideal candidate must be inspired by the confidence that we have taken every measure possible to ensure safety of our Team and patients with our upgraded systems in place. Easy going people person to engage with our Team Lead and Dental Assistants, this position is limited to Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Fridays.

Ideal Candidate Possesses:
Excellent, experienced hygiene with a knowledge of expanded treatments, and how they can help our patients.
Ease with meeting and conversing with the general public about treatment options that are current and state of the art options in Periodontal Care, to refer treatment to our Board Certified, Periodontist.
Periodontal Specialty experience as a dental assistant, prior to a career in Hygiene, with great administration skills.
OPTIONAL additional duties can include, if qualified, is the ability to be Doctors top, right hand person who provides anesthesia and post op support, as a second tier to the duties of a Hygienist.

Personality that supports a positive practice model to our team, and in engaging with our patients.
Sterile field/infection control standard knowledge that is above average
Computer skills that are at par with a paperless, state of the art dental practice. Includes integrative technology, email communication, digital imaging and dental Cat Scans, tracking statistics and recall by reporting and connecting with the Hygienists’ patient base to gain relationships as a happy returning patient.

As our clinical dental hygienist you would be expected to:

Perform basic dental hygiene care as well as specialized SRP and post LANAP hygiene care
Possess strong anesthesia techniques and be willing to learn advanced anesthesia applications
Possess top-notch clinical skills that provide patient comfort while utilizing state of the art dental hygiene services
As our Clinical Educator to our patients, you would additionally support:
Interviewing/hiring of additional team members
Skills training and updates to DA RDA clinical team members
Coordination of hygiene recall reports and patient correspondence
Providing treatment coordinator support
Proficiency in the details of current procedures of care such as:
