Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly positive and motivated professional with strong supervisory experience to provide leadership to our client operations support team that creates an exceptional service experience for our wealth management clients. You’ll also provide assistance with the day to day administrative functions of the firm.

You’re the right person if you have supervisory experience, strong problem solving abilities, and, are extremely detail oriented with highly developed organizational skills. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to cultivate effective, collaborative relationships in a dedicated team culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors workflow and provides coordination, coaching and team leadership for the Operations team.
  • Facilitates efficient client operations including leading and assisting with process and system improvement projects
  • Manages firm projects and special event planning, as needed
  • Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, coordinates with external accountants for accounts payable and receivables
  • Maintains policies and procedures related to all administrative functions
  • Assists Chief Operating Officer with various functions relating to human resources, compliance, IT, facilities and legal
  • Coordinates and communicates regularly with Advisors to facilitate client requests
  • Manages new client onboarding process
  • Provides client service both in person and over the phone

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience preferred with at least two years of supervisory experience
  • Highly developed team leadership and coaching skills
