HydroLogic manufactures water purification systems for several industries including horticultural, residential, and commercial markets. We are the industry leaders in several niche markets and have been in business for over fifteen years. We are a dynamic, and extremely fast-paced team that values communication, self-efficiency, motivation, and hard work.

The Inside Sales Support role is a salaried position. This is a full time in-office position (not remote) and the hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. A thorough training period will be required to develop commercial water filtration equipment knowledge. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, and a quick learner. The candidate must be excellent in customer service and has at least one year of prior experience as a reliable and successful sales professional.

Qualifications:

  • One year minimum of experience in sales and lead qualification
  • Two years minimum experience with Microsoft Office in a professional work/office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience writing and editing business documents and formal sales proposals
  • Previous QuickBooks experience preferred
  • CRM data entry experience preferred
  • Plumbing, electrical, or water filtration proficiency a plus
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Proficiency in sales communication and terminology
  • Experience speaking with customers by phone and assisting them with their requests
  • Positive attitude in the workplace
  • Ability to work independently without being micromanaged

General Job Functions:

  • Preparing technical proposals for new projects with direction from the sales team
  • Support sales team by handling requests for information
  • Data entry into CRM
  • Closely managing the CRM database daily to assist the sales team
  • Answering all incoming calls directed to the commercial/industrial sales line, collecting client contact information if necessary, and directing customers to the appropriate department
