Marketing/Listing Coordinator

Carmel Realty Company is growing, and we are in search of an energetic Listing Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator

  • Two year office administrative experience preferred
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Must be literate in MS Office Suite
  • Extreme attention to detail and process required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Previous real estate office experience and/or license a plus
  • Experience in MLSlistings a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly


  • Create marketing materials from templates including: flyers, brochures, listing presentations
  • Submit weekly ads to local print publications
  • Create and submit custom eblasts (new listings and special events)
  • Assist Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator on day-to-day basis with varied marketing projects

This is a fulltime position with benefits. Salary depending on experience.
