The function of this position is to manage, direct, and accept accountability for all field activities and reporting functions associated with the construction of assigned homes in the community. The Field Manager provides leadership in and manages the coordination of all activities within the new home construction process, thus optimizing the effectiveness of TradePartners, ensuring compliance with SheaHomes` customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. The salary range for the position is $90,000–105,000 plus quarterly bonus.
