GSF Properties Inc., a professional property management company with

looking for an Assistant Manager/Activities Director for one of our
gorgeous communities in Salinas, CA.
The community is a senior exclusive community (120 units) and is
located in beautiful Salinas, California. The ideal candidate will
have experience working with seniors, activity planning, and will be
able to maximize community resources to the benefit of our
residents. Must be able to live on-site. Because this is a Senior
Community, children are not permitted to live on-site.
The ideal Assistant Manager/Activities Director will have excellent
customer service skills, understand the needs of a senior community,
work well with others, be able to assist the manager with
administrative duties such as newsletters, resident communications,
reports, collection of rents, and other community related tasks,
able to effectively manage their time, prioritize, and follow-up.
The GSFPI Team believes in customer service and identifies current,
past, and potential residents as customers, as well as their co-
workers, supervisors, and the property owners.
Details:
Number of hours per week: 32
Salary: $1,535 per month, which INCLUDES the unit value of $854.
Benefits: 50% Medical and Dental, Vacation earned based on number of
hours worked per week
Final candidates must pass a consumer and background check; employee
must live on site, and therefore must meet the same credit criteria
as renters.
